Privacy statement

NextGen Tennis (Chamber of Commerce 92197507), based at Kon. Wilhelminastraat 32 in Zwolle, processes personal data of students and interested parties. This statement explains which data that is, why we need it and what rights you have.

1. Which data do we process?

• Name, address, date of birth, phone number and email address
• Tennis level, preferred days and availability, for the group arrangement
• KNLTB membership number, if you provide it
• Account holder name and IBAN, for the direct debit of the lesson fee
• Proof of enrolment from your school, if you apply for the student discount
• For a child: also the details of the parent or guardian who registers and pays
• When you submit a form, our hosting provider automatically records your IP address, the time and your browser details. This is done to prevent abuse and spam; we do not use this data for anything else.

2. What do we use it for?

• Arranging and organising the tennis lessons
• Contact about your registration, the lessons and any changes
• Invoicing and the direct debit of the lesson fee
• Our administration and the statutory retention obligation
• The newsletter, only if you choose to receive it

3. On what legal basis?

• Performance of the agreement:  for the lessons, the scheduling and the payment.
• Legal obligation:  for our financial administration.
• Consent:  for the newsletter. You can always withdraw this by email.

4. Sharing with others

We never sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising purposes. We only share it where necessary for our services: with our bank for the direct debit, with tennis club ZLTB for matters concerning your membership and court scheduling, and with the parties that technically provide this website and our email. Messages you send via the forms on this site reach us by email.

5. Security

The website works entirely over a secure connection (https). Only the NextGen Tennis coaches have access to the registration data, and payment details are used solely for collecting the lesson fee.

6. Retention period

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes stated above. For data that forms part of our financial administration, the statutory retention period of seven years applies. If you stop taking lessons, we delete the rest of your data.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not follow you. No cookie notice is therefore required.

8. Your rights

You may always view, correct, delete or transfer your data, and you can object to its use. Send an email to info@nextgen-tennis.nl and we will respond as soon as possible. If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
